Is this a proper air conditioner?
Honest answer — no, and we won't pretend otherwise. Arctik is a compact room cooler and heater. It cools the space around you quickly — ideal for a bedroom, office or small room — rather than refrigerating a whole house like a big ducted AC unit. For most rooms, that's exactly what you need.

How fast does it cool?
You'll feel cool air in around 60 seconds. Aim it at your bed, desk or sofa for the best effect.

Does it really heat too?
Yes — switch to heat mode in winter, so it's useful all year, not just in summer.

Do I need to install it?
No drilling marathon. Mount it on the wall with the included bracket, or stand it on a shelf or table. Plug into any UK socket and you're away.

Is it noisy?
It's quiet enough to sleep through on the lower settings.
